Meeting Perseus in the Pale Moonlight

White Lake Library’s summer reading program for adults, A UNIVERSE OF STORIES, presents Night Sky Storytelling with Star Lore Historian Mary Stewart Adams just in time for the Perseid Meteor Shower, Monday evening, August 12 from 8:00 to 10:00 pm. We’ll be outside under the stars, so bring a blanket or lawn chair, and a telescope, if you like! In the event of inclement weather, the show goes on, with interactive storytelling, night sky guidance, star maps and more! We will enjoy an evening of astronomical magic like no other, with a global advocate for starry skies, who led the founding team of The Headlands’ International Dark Sky Park. All ages are welcome.
